- Realize that not all children learn in the same way, and therefore is prepared to individualize teaching to suit different children without making them feel alienated
- Always be looking for ways to improve and to find new ways to learning.
- Maintain proper assessment records, participate in extracurricular activities when needed, and remain organized with planning lessons
